Roberto played really well this morning. Some have even used the words “Game of his life” and “Dream Friday.” When asked about his current style the Puerto Rico native simply said, “I gets buckets.” I quickly scolded him about the statement and informed him that today it may be his house but it’s rented.
While playing Roberto was even quoted saying “I would have fouled me too.” That showed how his game was flowing today. Shots were falling, his teammates were setting picks to free him up and he even took an elbow from Jeff. A Jeff elbow just means that you are scoring and he feels like he has to do something about it. I hope the rest of his day moved as well as his bball game did this morning. I saw it first hand because I was guarding him. I don’t think he missed at all. Enjoy it man, I owe you one. We will have to cross paths again. Have a good weekend fellas. See you next week.
